FACILITY WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE VISITING INSIGHT CLIMBING & MOVEMENT, WHETHER CLIMBING OR SPECTATING.

 

Submit your waiver by clicking the button below of the location you will be visiting. Once complete, facility waivers are valid at any Insight Climbing & Movement location.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Everyone age 18 and over must fill out their OWN waiver.

• Everyone age 17 and under must have a waiver filled out ONLY by their parent or court-appointed legal guardian. 

• Parents/court-appointed legal guardians: fill out the waiver for yourself first, then add minors when prompted.
