Insight Climbing & Movement is built on the foundation of inclusivity and welcoming anyone to the sport of climbing.  

We originally opened our doors in 2013 on Bainbridge Island with the name Island Rock Gym, but when we began growing, it was important to us that our name was inclusive to the communities we serve.  We changed our name to Insight Climbing & Movement in recognition of the mind and body benefits available from exploring movement...whether we're pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zone or moving through the barriers we think exist, there are many insights to be gained from movement if we stay present and observe.
